A new product called FlexCurb is being developed to tackle the biggest problems facing delivery drivers at the curb. It is a two-part solution:
1. A digital platform for cities to better understand parking inventory and use of curb space
2. An app to help drivers more easily find and access parking spaces
Advisory Role and Project Management: Provide guidance to internal team as single freight expert. Help partners as well as government staff not only better understand the complex world of city logistics but how to include urban freight in complete street design as well as vehicle access regulation and curb management strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Working with the municipalities to develop and administer surveys of logistics service providers as well as design and engage in ride-alongs with drivers.
